How It Works

1. Share Your Referral Link

Send the link directly to a friend who:

• Lives in a location where we currently ship.

• Can successfully complete age and identity verification.

2. Your Friend Places an Eligible Order

Your friend must use your referral link to create an account and place their first qualifying order.

The referral offer must be applied before checkout is completed. It cannot normally be added after an order has been placed.

3. You Both Receive a Free Can

Once the qualifying referral order has been confirmed, both you and your friend will receive a reward for one free can of eligible nicotine pouches.

The available products may vary based on:

• Brand participation.

Your Friend’s Reward

What Is a Qualifying Referral?

Referral Restrictions

• Using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or delivery addresses to obtain additional rewards.

• Posting referral codes on coupon, cashback, or deal websites without authorization.

• Buying or selling referral links or rewards.

• Using paid advertising to promote a personal referral link.

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or misleading promotions.

• Referring anyone under the age of 21.

• Providing false or inaccurate information.

• Attempting to manipulate the referral system.

Norterra Pouches may review accounts, devices, addresses, payment methods, order activity, and other relevant information to detect referral abuse.

Reward Limits

Referral rewards may be subject to limits, including:

• A maximum number of rewards per customer.

• A maximum number of referrals within a specified period.

• One reward per referred household.

• One reward per new customer.

• Product, brand, flavor, or strength restrictions.

• A required minimum order subtotal.

• A reward expiration date.

Current limits and qualifying conditions will be displayed on the referral page or with the individual offer.

Eligible Free Products

The free-can reward applies only to products included in the referral promotion.

Norterra Pouches may determine the eligible:

• Brands.

• Flavors.

• Nicotine strengths.

• Pouch formats.

• Product values.

A customer may be required to choose from a limited collection of qualifying products.

If the selected free product becomes unavailable, Norterra Pouches may offer an alternative product of similar value or issue a replacement reward.

Combining Referral Offers

Unless otherwise stated, referral rewards cannot be combined with:

• Other referral rewards.

• Coupon codes.

• Automatic discounts.

• Rewards coupons.

• Loyalty redemptions.

• Free-shipping promotions.

• Brand-specific promotions.

• Other free-product offers.

Only one promotional code or reward may be accepted per order unless the checkout system expressly permits otherwise.

Canceled, Returned, or Refunded Orders

A referral reward may be canceled, reversed, or removed if the qualifying order is:

• Canceled.

• Refunded.

• Returned.

• Declined.

• Disputed or charged back.

• Determined to be fraudulent.

• Placed in violation of our policies.

If a reward has already been used, Norterra Pouches may deduct its value from a refund, cancel future rewards, suspend the account, or take other reasonable action.

Reward Expiration

Referral rewards must be redeemed before the expiration date displayed in the account, email, coupon, or promotional notice.

Expired rewards cannot normally be:

• Reissued.

• Extended.

• Exchanged for cash.

• Converted to rewards points.

• Transferred to another customer.

No Cash Value

Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be:

• Sold.

• Transferred.

• Refunded.

• Exchanged for account credit.

• Applied to a previous order.

• Used to purchase gift cards.

Program Changes

Norterra Pouches may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time, subject to applicable law.

Changes may include:

• Reward values.

• Eligible products.

• Minimum order requirements.

• Referral limits.

• Redemption periods.

• Customer eligibility.

• Participating locations.

• Program availability.

Rewards earned before a change may remain subject to the terms in effect when they were issued, unless fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or operational limitations require otherwise.
